Am I a Leader?
... you feel like you ain't nobody

According to the Longman dictionary leader is a person who guides or directs a group, team, organization or a person that is ahead of others.
The history knows many leaders. Some people are natural leaders, whether they want to be or not.
Leadership is a fascinating subject; all of human history revolves around it.
It is difficult to define the role of Vladimir Lenin in Russian history. But undoubtly he was a leader. He could make people follow him and they were ready to give their life for the ideals he imposed on them. Lenin managed to change the history of our country radically.
There have been a lot of leaders in American in English history. For example Franklin, Roosevelt, Guy Fawkes, Adam Smith, Thomas Gainsborough and so on.
Why could they be so charismatic in main situation?
To my mind, they have special features of character that allow them to manage other people and to be an example for them. And one of the main is knowledge to call the willingness of people to follow them. That is what makes a person a leader.
The leadership is not an easy job. And I myself could experienced it. I think that my leadership consists of four main components.
The first one seems to be a rare ability to inspire my followers to apply their full capabilities to something. While the use of motivations seems to focus on people and their needs, inspiration also comes from group heads. They may have qualities of charm and appeal that give rise to devotion and strong desire on the part of followers to promote what leaders want. For me as a leader this is not a matter of needed satisfaction, it is rather, a matter of giving unselfish support to a chosen leader.
The second ingredient of leadership for me is fundamental understanding of people. The main thing in this context is to be able to apply social knowledge to people and situations. I think that I have this feature of character. In my opinion I am aware of the nature and strength of my friends needs and I’m able to define and design ways of satisfying them.
To my mind a leader who understands the elements of motivation is more able to administer so as to get the desired responses.
The third ingredient of leadership for me is power. It’s a moving machine for some of people nowadays but not for me.
The fourth ingredient has to do with the style of the leader and the climate he or she develops.
Almost every role in an organized enterprise is made more satisfying to participants and more productive for the enterprise by those who can help others fulfil their desire for such things as money, status, power or pride accomplishment.
The fundamental principle for me as a leader is this: since people tend to follow those who, in their view, offer them a means of satisfying their personal goals, the more leaders understand what motivates their subordinates and how these motivations operate, and the more they reflect this understanding in carrying out their managerial actions, the more effective they are likely to be as leaders.
I think that I am only on half of the way of becoming a real leader and I have a big way to go in this question. |

Я в английском,например,не сильна!Ты бы хоть перевод ниже дала,а то прочитать охота,а перевода нет!!!

4. Я не нашел "недостатков" и "противоречий" тебя как лидера...
